Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, a wedding venue in Newmarket, Suffolk, has welcomed a new Executive Head Chef, Robert Newall, to its award-winning, two AA Rosette Squires Restaurant. With a passion for seasonality, sustainability, and the finest local ingredients, Robert brings a fresh vision to the hotel’s dining experience – one that celebrates the very best of British cuisine and Suffolk’s exceptional produce.
