Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa is a 17th-century Georgian house built originally as a hunting lodge for the sixth Duke of Bedford. Set back from the road, the impressive entrance draws you around the sweeping driveway past the perfectly manicured lawns and avenue of trees to the beautifully elegant white stucco building entrance.

Set in three acres of perfectly manicured gardens, with established rose gardens and a beautiful wisteria-clad ivory pillared walkway, the Classics Garden is a formal garden which can be exclusive to the bridal couple. This space allows guests the freedom to relax during the day in quieter surroundings.

The hotel provides the perfect blend between old and new, retaining the charm and character of a country house but with the modern luxury and comfort of an exquisite boutique hotel.

For ceremonies, couples have the choice of the following: The Classics Suite, an elegant and sophisticated space, can seat up to 150 loved ones; the Derby Room (created when The Classics Suite is reduced in size) offers a smaller space for up to 80 guests; the Cambridge Room, for the more intimate wedding, hosts 20; while the Classics Garden, a beautifully secluded formal garden boasts a mix of mature trees and shrubs giving this space a very timeless feel.

Post-vows, The Classics Suite, boasting crystal chandeliers, natural tones and an opulent feel seats up to 150 guests for a sit-down meal. Similar in style, the Derby can seat up to 80 guests for a formal dining experience. The Cambridge and Bury Rooms seating 20 and 12 respectively, can be offered separately or together for the smaller wedding. Both rooms together form an L shape layout and offers a warm and stylish elegance to the day.

When tying the knot here, every wedding package includes a Rasul Spa Day for two and a manicure and pedicure for two prior to the big day. A complimentary Tasting Dinner is offered to all couples, choosing a couple of options for their big day including wines; additionally, couples benefit from complimentary leisure passes and complimentary Executive Suite for the night of the wedding.
