Winter festivities are in full swing at The Fellows House, Cambridge, Curio Collection by Hilton, as the countdown to a magical Christmas and a celebratory New Year's Eve begins. As the city puts on it's annual display of Christmas lights and artisan markets, Cambridge buzzes with tourists and locals alike.

Festive Menus
Offering a festive themed afternoon tea alongside a vegan menu, The Fellows House will provide respite for Christmas shoppers. Both menus include a flavourful variety of afternoon tea must-haves including finger sandwiches, scones with jam and clotted cream, decadent desserts - and for a celebratory clink, add a glass of champagne too. The brand new festive lunch or dinner menu can be enjoyed at The Folio Bar & Kitchen, an elegant space that combines tradition with modern comforts. Guests can dig into mouth-watering dishes such as carrot, ginger & parsnip velouté, pressed slow cooked beef brisket with brussel sprouts and bacon and Christmas pudding while enjoying live music and a glass of bubbly from the drinks menu. Private dining options are also available.

New Year's Eve
On New Year's Eve, the apartment-style hotel is inviting visitors to ring in the year ahead like a Fellow and celebrate with friends and family, with live music and a festive five-course meal including vegetarian and vegan dishes. Guests can awaken taste buds with a carefully designed menu which includes confit duck & pink peppercorn rillette and vegan cheese beignet as starters, beef fillet with boulangère truffled potatoes or halibut fillet and pan-fried scallops as entrées, and chocolate & cointreau tart and tonka bean & fennel cheesecake as desserts. With bellies full, guests can dance the night away to the live band, and wait with anticipation for the bells to ring in 2023.
