New year, new you with Cambridge hotel

A great way to get back on track after the festive season, the hotel is hosting the first in a series of holistic health retreats from 21st to 23rd January.

Led by industry experts Dalton Wong, Lizzie Chong and Eva Humphries, the weekend will provide nutrition, fitness and wellness advice for the year ahead.
The perfect opportunity to take time out from the wedding planning, the programme includes sessions on body conditioning, breathwork, sound therapy, meditation and yoga.
Guests will also enjoy a full three-day holistic health menu created by chef patron of the venue's Parker's Tavern restaurant Tristan Welch and two nights' accommodation at the luxury hotel and wedding venue, set in the heart of historic Cambridge.
