Norfolk bakery's new venture

Norfolk's Buns of Fun Bakery is looking to the future with a new venture up its sleeve. Already renowned for her showstopping wedding cakes and sweet treats, Emma Thorburn and her husband Will are planning to launch a vegan platter-board style grazing experience 'La Vegan Loca'.
"We hope to provide something yummy, sweet or savoury, and totally different to the norm," says Emma. Savoury chef Will will be putting together meze boards including Mediterranean antipasti, vegan cheeses, homemade 'cheat meat', pasties, mini pies, dips, veggies and bite-size munchies; perfect for the post-vows drinks reception. Emma is on sweets, offering everything from tasty lemon shortbreads with vegan lemon curd and mini beetroot brownies to almond butter caramel dip, vegan cookies and more.
