45 ml Aviation American Gin | 25 ml Campari | 25 ml Sweet Vermouth
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

50 ml Aviation American Gin | 25 ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 12.5 ml Sugar Syrup | 15 ml Crème de Mûre
Shake all ingredients, except the Crème de Mûre, over ice. Strain into a rocks glass, add crushed ice and top with Crème de Mûre. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a blackberry and a spring of mint.
