The Hair Base in Gorleston has won several prestigious awards at the Salon Business Awards 2023. The company emerged victorious in six categories, including ‘Best Team’, ‘Best Customer Experience’ and even ‘Best Salon in Norfolk’ for the second consecutive year. Emma Jarvis, the salon owner and curly hair expert, also received Norfolk’s first-ever award, recognising her excellent skills and talent in textured hair.

Emma expressed her admiration for her team’s hard work in ensuring the best possible client experience: “Their dedication to staying ahead of trends, technical skills and client experience through continuous training has paid off.
