The Bedford Lodge Hotel and Spa in Newmarket, Suffolk, has launched a new wellness retreat on Friday 10th – Sunday 12th November. This uplifting and mindful weekend is packed with self-care and includes four wellbeing classes, from restorative yoga and energising Pilates to a tranquil and immersive sound bath experience. Access to the award-winning spa with two incredible treatments, the ESPA Modern Alchemy Ritual and Active Nutrients Facial, is also included. All this is combined with a relaxing two-night stay in the luxury four-red-star hotel and an indulgent dinner at Squires Restaurant. The full itinerary can be found below:

Friday
10am – Arrive at The Spa with full use of The Spa’s heat and hydrotherapy facilities.
11.30am – 90 minute Modern Alchemy Treatment.
2.30pm – Afternoon tea in The Spa Lounge.
3.00pm – Check in to one of the luxury king bedrooms.
6.00pm – Restorative/relaxation yoga class in the Fitness Studio.
The evening is yours to enjoy as you wish.

Saturday
8.00am – Rise and shine yoga class in the Fitness Studio.
9.30am – Full English breakfast in Squires Restaurant.
Free time to enjoy the local area.
2.00pm – Access to The Spa’s heat and hydrotherapy facilities.
3.30pm – Active Nutrients Facial (with gift bag worth over £35.00 to take home).
6.00pm – Immersive Sound Bath Experience in the Fitness Studio.
8.00pm – Dinner in Squires Restaurant.

Sunday
9.00am – Pilates in the Fitness Studio.
10.00am – Full English breakfast in Squires Restaurant.
11.00am – Check out and depart.
