Big-day gifting ideas from Don't Buy Her Flowers

wedding gift box, soap, facemask, planner

Gift company, Don't Buy Her Flowers, prides itself for having thoughtfulness at its core, with customers able to create a bespoke gift box that perfectly suits the person and occasion.

Whether it's to celebrate, commiserate or offer someone some TLC during a tough time, Don't Buy Her Flowers offers a range of luxury British products from delicious treats, cashmere socks and bubble bath to the perfect G&T and a selection of great books. Each gift box is beautifully gift wrapped with the customer's personalised message handwritten on the gift tag, making it the perfect package for everyone from mothers, newlyweds, teachers and employees.

Founder Steph Douglas started the company back in 2014, having had the idea when she was inundated with flowers after her first baby. The beautiful bouquets were all well-meant, but feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, Steph wondered if it was possible to put together something that would offer a bit more. With her own hugely successful podcast and blog, mother of three has become a leading voice in the world of motherhood, sharing her own experiences when dealing with the trials and tribulations of maintaining a healthy work, life balance.

The gift boxes are brilliant for encouraging someone to take a bit of time for themselves and offer a moment of connection when you can't physically be there or you don't know what to do or say. The company started as gifts for new mums but now covers men, children and teens and any occasion including birthdays, bereavement, pregnancy and worked with Stand Up To Cancer on a 'Cancer Care' package for anyone suffering with the illness.
