Foodie couples should definitely pop along to the Brentwood Centre's Signature Wedding Show with County Wedding Events on October 24th, 2021 - here you can delight in the tantalising cuisine options available while on the lookout for your wedding caterers. In particular, check out the Crackin Curry Co who will be exhibiting on the day and can help with any of your wedding catering questions.

Owner, Karen Stanley says: "Here at the Crackin Curry Co. we are always keen to respond to customer suggestions and food inspirations. Colin, our awesome curry chef is a self-confessed spice 'geek' and is often found trialling a variety of dishes and putting his own unique twist on traditional Indian recipes.
"Recently, we have seen an increasing interest in vegetarian and vegan options and Colin has spent many hours of research and practise to find some delicious alternatives to meat. Our Chana Massala has proved a real hit - a tangy chickpea curry with red pepper and spinach is the perfect vegan option - or, for our veggie customers, try the Samosa Chat, the same chickpea, taste sensation topped with crisp vegetable samosas and a minty yoghurt dressing.
"Our curry sauces continue to be made with no additives or preservatives and only the finest natural ingredients. Our vibrant, fully equipped trailer can come to your venue and you can have total trust in our 5* hygiene rating. Visit our website to find out more about how the Crackin' Curry Co. can bring a little spice to your event."
