The River Suite includes access to its private Rhee Suite bar which can provide a intimate space for reception drinks.
the maximum capacity of the room is 220 delegates theatre style, 80 delegates U-Shape, 100 delegates Classroom, 300 guests reception style, 200 guests banquet style (round tables).
If you do decide to hold your wedding ceremony at the hotel, you will need to co-ordinate the date and time with the hotel and liaise with the Superintendent Registrar at the Cambridge Registry Office.

Our prestigious River Suite is the perfect setting for any fairytale wedding. Start with a Champagne red carpet reception in the secluded garden overlooking the river.
Then move into the River Suite where we can welcome up to 200 guests for a delicious wedding breakfast. For the evening, the River Suite has a large dance floor; private bar which can cater for up to 200 guests and is ideal for a disco or live band. In the summer months the garden gazebo is the perfect setting for a beautiful outdoor ceremony; overlooking the River Cam it can be dressed in your choice of flowers or decorations
The Cayley Suite is ideal for the more intimate occasion. A light and airy room with fantastic river views opening onto a private garden, this suite can accommodate up to 36 guests for a wedding breakfast.
The Cam Suite holds up to 60 guests and has beautiful views of the river. With access to the gardens, it is ideal for a champagne reception and wedding breakfast. The Granta, Cam, Cayley and the Gazebo are all licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies, enabling you to hold your ceremony and reception all in one place.
