Standing proud at the entrance to Felixstowe town centre since 1898, The Orwell Hotel has been the pinnacle venue for weddings in the town for quite some time.

With rooms of various sizes, the hotel can comfortably cater for intimate weddings as well large groups of family and friends. There are four rooms licensed for civil ceremonies, each with their own individual look and feel, which can be dressed to suit your own theme or ideas.

As a licensed venue the hotel is well equipped to provide packages ranging from a full service for ceremony, wedding breakfast, reception and accommodation, to any one element of your wedding celebrations.

Their wedding and events team will help tailor your package to suit your own requirements. They can assist and advise with any element of planning your day, and will work with the head chef to provide delicious options for your guests to enjoy.

As well as the function rooms the hotel has a garden, 60 bedrooms from single to family and standard to luxury, free on-site parking, is close to the railway station and town centre and only a short walk to the seafront.
