EriVica cakes moved into our new premises in Dec 2020. We now have a spacious consultation area where you can sit and enjoy refreshments whilst we carry out your wedding cake consultation. We have also just been given the award ‘Wedding Cake Designer of the year – Suffolk’ by Lux Life Magazines Global Wedding Awards. We offer a free no obligation wedding cake consultation.
Consultations & Design
We offer a free no obligation wedding cake consultation.
During the consultation Terri will look through all of your current plans and discuss everything about your day including your colours and dress designs, flowers, budget and guest numbers over a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of something bubbly.
We can then go through any images that you have of designs you have seen and during this process Terri can build up an idea of your likes and dislikes.
Terri then draws a design that is made up from all of the above and more and at this point we can tweak it until it fits you perfectly.
It is our aim to give you the perfect cake for your perfect day and therefore every design is unique and tailored just to you.
Once the design is agreed we will then provide a written quote including stand hire and delivery costs where applicable.
Booking with us
To secure a booking with us we require a 50% deposit of the total cost quoted. Once the deposit is received your design and date are put in our calendar.
The remaining amount is then payable up to 3 weeks before the booked date. If full payment is not received by this date we will not begin work on your cake until the full remaining amount is received.
Delivery & Set Up
We deliver anywhere in the country for a set delivery fee of 49p per mile, this will be worked out and provided with your quote. Set up is free of charge.
Terri personally sets up your cake at your venue. She ensures that the venue have full instructions regarding the care of the cake and slicing instructions if required. Once the cake is perfectly set up she takes a photograph as proof that she left it in perfect condition, she then asks the venue sign to say they accept full responsibility for the care of your cake.
For local venues the delivery and set up are free of charge (within a 15 mile radius of Hadleigh, Suffolk).
