On the hunt for wedding favours and sweet treats for your big day? Check out the new destination chocolate hotspot in Cambridgeshire just launched by Hotel Chocolat.
Furthering their mission to bring happiness through chocolate, the luxury British chocolatier and cocoa grower has opened a new 'drive-to' factory outlet next to its distribution centre in St. Neots. Located just off the A1, it includes a café with outdoor and indoor seating so you can take time out from the wedding shopping.
Offering all the usual Hotel Chocolat goodies, there's a range of factory specials too including end-of-season runs, misshapen chocs and more, in keeping with the company's ethos to reuse, recycle and repurpose wherever possible. CEO and co-founder Angus Thirlwell comments, "This innovative Hotel Chocolat drive-to factory outlet is like nothing we've opened before. Not only will it add to our new job creation in the area, it's a unique solution for people at this present time. They can drive from their front door to ours, there's ample parking and the site itself is twice the size of an average Hotel Chocolat, across two rooms with extensive outside seating too.
"Complete with hot and chilled drinks, award-winning Ice Cream of the Gods and lots of chocolate, this new cacao-fuelled pitstop is part of our mission to bring happiness through chocolate."
Just 20 minutes away from their chocolate factory in Huntingdon, the new site is attached to their St. Neots distribution centre. Social distancing is a must, with only 25 guests allowed in store, 20 using the outdoor seating at any one time and other safety measures in place.
