If you’re on the hunt for a magical al fresco setting for your big day, Wellington Wood is an upcoming outdoor wedding venue.
Perfect for couples planning a chilled boho or festival-style wedding with a tipi reception, it's based in rural West Norfolk. Sustainable and pet-friendly too, it's set in its own secluded ancient woodland and wildflower meadows.
Accommodation includes an environmental award-winning forest cottage, luxury shepherd huts and bell tents, so there's plenty of space for those looking to enjoy a weekend-long celebration with up to 150 guests. You can even bring your four-legged friends, as there are five-star stables and a dog crèche on site too.
Owners Paul and Vicky Plumridge set up the new venue to provide an alternative to the norm. It offers couples the freedom to create the wedding of their dreams in a private setting filled with bespoke rustic charm and a wealth of beautiful natural backdrops.
"Couples can choose exactly who and what they would like to have on their wedding day while having our support and assistance every step of the way, along with a strong network of some of the region's most awesome and creative wedding suppliers," says Vicky.
To mark the launch an open day is being held on Sunday 29th September from 10am to 4pm at the venue in Brandon Road, Northwold.
