We asked owner Will Chandler for his top tips to make sure your celebration goes off without a hitch:

• Be prepared for sunny weather as marquees can get really hot in the summer so a professional well-stocked bar with beer coolers and fridges is always the best way to keep all your drinks cool.
• Remember when doing you layout plan to allow plenty of space for the bar as there's nothing worse than getting squashed trying to get to the drinks.
• Think outside the box to make the bar more personalised by including some of your favourite tipples or local specialities.
• Something a bit quirky can work well outside such as our horsebox bar. A great focal point, it always goes down well for the arrival drinks as well as throughout the day and into the evening.
