Trudy - The Iced Vegan believes your wedding cake should be more than just the final event at the end of your special day. She believes it can be an expression of yourselves and stand out to your guests, be ridiculously tasty and even talked about for weeks to come!

Trudy's cakes are also Eco friendly and sustainable, so you can do your bit for the environment too!

Without use eggs or dairy, she creates beautiful tasting cakes no one would believe are Vegan. She does this by using quality, local and organic ingredients where possible. Her cakes are all baked fresh to order and are complemented by her homemade jams, sauces, and vegan curds.

Trudy’s goal is to create unique and stunning vegan cakes that every guest can enjoy and with a five-star health rating she can make cakes for most if not all food intolerances.

Based in the village of Mundford, near Thetford. She covers Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, and even further afield if required.

You don’t have to vegan to enjoy her amazing cakes, Trudy has many non-vegans that book their weddings with her purely on taste and at the same time they can cater for all their guests food intolerance's in one cake meaning their guests don’t feel excluded or an inconvenience on their special day.
