“I  love  breaking  the  rules  of  fragrance  and  this  mouth-watering combination of sweet mango, sharp lime and punchy pepper is a celebration of Thailand’s most vibrant culinary flavours” - JO MALONE CBE

Evoking memories from around the world is what inspires Jo to create mesmerising scents and Mango Thai Lime is no exception. It was one evening sitting at the Fours Season’s cocktail bar in New York which first inspired Jo to create a scent built on love for one of her favourite places in the world, Thailand. Mango Thai Lime combines the culinary delights of Thailand with  fresh  mango, kaffir  lime  and  black pepper with herbaceous thyme, mint and vetiver.Jo’s interpretation  of  Mango; bright, vibrant  and  full  of  sweet  and  succulent  golden  tones, bursts onto the fragrance scene with a scent that can only be described as a sip of sweet honey on your tongue. Renowned for breaking the rules of  fragrance, Jo Malone  CBE has once again applied her signature artistry to present an energetic and unpredictable interpretation; youthful and fresh, yet warm and evocative of sunshine and light.

"Thailand is a very special place for me, and a constant source of inspiration. My first powerful memory with Mango was at a beautiful wedding in Thailand staying at the stunning Amanpuri hotel. Every day there was sliced mango with a dash of lime and you could both smell and taste the notes together. I love the sharp, zesty qualities of Thai Lime and shot over Mango, it creates a very clean, cologne-like scent. When I was drinking a cocktail in New York, watching the way the ingredients were crushed, stirred and shaken together to create something totally unique resembled my approach to fragrance design.  I loved the way that adding a shot of something unexpected took each cocktail in a completely different direction and I knew I could do the same with fragrance” – JO MALONE CBE
